This recipe is a tasty and refreshing way to get all the benefits of matcha plus energy and increased gut health!

What you'll need:

  • MatchaGi "Classic Performance" Ceremonial Matcha (1 tsp)
  • Carbonated Water (8 oz cold)
  • Ice
  • Lemon Juice (1/2 tsp)
  • Apple Cider Vinegar (1/2 tsp)
  • Ground Ginger (dash)
  • Ground Cayenne Pepper (dash) *optional*
  • Truvia/Stevia (1 tsp) *optional*
  • Bottle/Mason Jar

How to make:

  1. Add above ingredients into a bottle or mason jar (except for carbonated water and cayenne pepper).
  2. Shake for about 10-15 seconds or until ingredients are dissolved.
  3. Pour over glass with ice and carbonated water.
  4. Top with dash of cayenne pepper to taste.
  5. Sit back, sip up, and enjoy!
